When starting out with a web design, you tend to focus on the scope of the design more often. Well, it is of course for your intended audience. But before we get into making the design, we need to understand what the client needs and wants.

Sometimes, a client is sure about what it wants out of the design. However, there are also times that the client would trust in your own judgements.

After gathering all the needed details from the client, we then take our information to our imagination using a sketch book. Using a design software immediately will make you think about the limitations you can do with it unlike putting it down on paper would be a limitless design. Think of the software design later and you will be most appreciative of the results.

Good information flow is also important as where the eyes of the audience flow throughout the web page. Not limiting the visual aids and not over doing it as well just not to flood it and overlook the point.

Designing over a website that is going to expect a large volume of traffic also must be aware of the amount of image elements as it causes the bandwidth to grow and slow down the loading of the web page.

^_A website can be very helpful in many ways. Primarily, a website is a medium of communication via the internet that uses multi-media to its advantage.

In a User's point of view

A website is a source of immediate information about a certain scope. As a user, I always tend to see what a website can offer to me at first, then comes the question what the website is all about and what it does. Sometimes, I directly search for a product and look for what it is all about, how much it costs, where is this available, and so on.

People also tend to bookmark their favorite sites or subscribe by email or RSS feeds. This is why it is important to place updated information on a website at all times. 

This is a common flow visitors do when browsing the internet. The user benefit is all about information.

I ask this question to myself from time to time, and from time to time I get to see new pictures.  Literally! No not literally.

We all know that the internet provides us amounts of information.  It covers almost every media that we could think of. Want to learn something new? Just frisk over the internet.

Many users have been overwhelmed at the first time they have used it, but gets to enjoy as long as they go online from time to time.  People are looking for answers, searching for new things, chatting with other people, playing games online, downloading files, and watching video streams.

After a while you get to think what else can I do out of the internet? Then I get to question myself how do these websites earn out of the internet?
